Farley’s Friday: Drink from a Creek and Get Happy

Farley here,

Have you have tasted fresh water, right out of a creek? It’s awesome. I’m on my hike, making sure my human get some exercise, and look what I find. The water is cold and rushing across my feet. I think the supply is endless. Sometimes life is confusing. I have no idea where the water is coming from. At home, Kristina fills my bowl, so who is filling this creek? I think about this great life question and realize I don’t care. Just bring it on.

Hike 1

Everyone should drink from a creek every day. It’s the secret to life happiness 🙂

  1. Be Careful dear farley. Some animals poop in the creeks and that will make you very sick if you drink it. It happened to a human friend in Colorado once.

  2. Thanks for this refreshing Farley POV post. Our dogs always love “wild water.” Dirty water too. Yes, we human’s must watch what we drink, but dogs have a much stronger digestive systems than we do.

Farley, Kristina must boil her water, while you just lap it up for joy.

    1. Ha Ha, you made a play on words. “Refreshing POV”. I’m one lucky dog. Poor Kristina, can’t drink from a creek. Humans have a tough life, but all I have to do is wag my tail at her and she smiles.

      1. Love to you and Farley, glad you like the joke. Have a fab weekend and keep in touch. Want to know when I can read your novel or fiction, so keep me in your “Raving Fan Club.”

I’m still struggling through changing from 3rd person to 1st and from past verb tense to present. Chapter 22 here I come!
