Farley here,
I’m a dog who has lived on a boat in the Bahamas since I was 9 month old. All of a sudden, my humans decide enough of the sea life, it’s off to the mountains we go. British Columbia to be exact.
At first, I thought they were crazy. But now, I’m rethinking this situation.
Did you know leaves fall off trees in the fall? No one told me that.
Did you know a dog has more energy in cold temperatures? I didn’t either.
Did you know sticks are free in the forest? I’m kinda figuring this one out on my own.
Rolling in leaves while chewing on a stick is the best. I miss boat life, but wilderness living is cool too.
Woof Woof.

What? My paws are going to freeze? Can you tell Kristina there are booties she can buy for me? I saw them if a pet store. I’d like a manly colour. No pink or anything. Woof Woof.

People make same comparisons. Bahamas vs. Cold climate. Boots do matter! Ear muffs and hats too though i do jot know how dogs keep their heads warm. Is fur enough?

Kristina us getting me grow my hair long. I’m all warm except for my paws. I have to confess, I like the cold weather more than warm weather.

yes Farley the leaves are great to play in AND all the sticks you want. Many of us enjoy playing with the acorns and some of us eat them STay away from Macadamia nuts though they can kill a dog. Love M.J.

I don’t think I’ve seen a Macadamia nut before so thanks for the tip. I asked Kristina and she said she didn’t know they could kill a dog, but not to worry, we don’t have any.
