Farley here,
I’ve got a new Friend For Life. Finn is so cool that snow doesn’t stick to his fur. I’m a little jealous. He gets to run around without shoes, and he does’t need to be dried with a towel when he gets home. I think he’s jealous of that because I get all the attention when we enter the hallway.
He does shed and I don’t, so there is that. Just sayin’.
He came for the weekend and guess what? We liked him so much, he’s coming back for a two-week holiday. Every dog needs a mountain vacation. I’m counting the days. One more FFL – I don’t like saying BFF, too exclusive – to add to my pack.
Woof Woof.
FFL IS nicer. I too don’t have snow sticking to my hair. Only if I stick my face in the snow. SO far this snow season we have only had slightly over 4 inches of snow. The TV said this time last year we had over 37 inches. Our season average total is 21 inches. You can see I am having an easier year with the snow this year.

I stick my face in the snow to get the snow off my face, and then I get more snow on my face, and I stick my face in the snow . . . And on it goes. I think I need a process improvement.

Well, Farley, you certainly cornered the market in snow adhesion. In fact, I can see situations where you run the risk of turning into a mobile igloo. Personally, I think your new friend looks a bit of a smoothie: I should be careful he doesn’t sell his natural advantages to She Who Must be Obeyed, or you could end up out in the cold. Just sayin’.

Oh, Oh, I better be careful. No out in the cold for me. But I do like the idea of being a mobile igloo. That’s kinda cool.
