Farley here,
I live 1200 meters above sea level. The water in our creeks comes from mountain lakes, but somehow they never seem cold to me.
I try to get Kristina to come swimming, and she won’t even get her toes wet in the summers. I’m giving her my best come-swim-with-me eyes, and she’s just laughing at me.
So now it’s September, and I don’t believe I’ll get her to swim with me.
I’ll go in all winter – that’s cause I’m tough!
Woof Woof.
Awwwww! Those eyes– how can you resist? 🙂

I can’t. I’ll do anything – except get in a cold creek – for Farley.

One of our poodles will swim in anything. Never seems to feel the cold. (Where there’s no sense, there’s no feeling, I always think…)

Funny how the dog doesn’t like cold water in a bath, but can stand any temp in the creek. Crazy pups.

You ARE tough, Farley! We sighthounds hate cold water – we don’t have enough ‘padding’. Millie and Pearl xx

I have a lot of fur to keep me warm, but then I take a long time to dry. I bet you dry quickly.

We do… and we love to cool off in the sea in summer. But now winter’s coming the only place we want to be is on a comfy couch in a nice warm house!

I’m with Kristina there, Farley. That looks too cold for me, too. Sorry boy!
