The first three novels in the Stone Mountain Mystery Series are: Descent, Blaze and Avalanche.

All three novels take place in a fictitious ski resort in the Purcell Mountains, British Columbia. Stone Mountain Resort and Holden, British Columbia do not exist. The areas around them, such as Fernie and Kicking Horse, are real.

I’ve done my best to research the novels and have spoken to many experts. I have interviewed bootfitters, firefighters, EMTs, doctors, and ski resort employees, and I must thank everyone who has helped me along the way. These incredible people have all spent time and effort to provide me with the information I needed. All mistakes are mine.
